James was born in Chatham Township, and is a long-time resident of Chatham-Kent. Growing up in a family of builders, James knows the value and impact of a home on a family. Having a family of his own he knows firsthand that homes are a touchdown area for gatherings with friends and family, a launch pad for vacations and social activities, and a welcome sight to return to from a long day at work. James has worked for over 20 years in the Information Technology for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent and has been involved in a variety of community initiatives, which has provided valuable experience to Chatham-Kent’s unique rural urban mix. James is a sports fan, enjoying football (go Lions), basketball, and ringette - especially when his kids are involved.
