I was born and raised here in Chatham. I loved growing up in “Chatham, Ontario”.

As a youth I was involved with everything the “Community Centre” had to offer. Boy’s Club, gymnastics, minor hockey, swimming at Memorial Pool and crafts in the park kept me very busy.

Knowing what Chatham was and now living in the Downtown core I want to help bring back our Downtown and see it thriving again.

My Real Estate career started with Gerry Doher Realty in 1987. I began learning all I could about the professional business of Real Estate. I acquired my Broker’s designation and licence in 1990. Eventually I started my own Brokerage – Linley Realty Inc. For several years along with 6 great sales associates and wonderful office manager we grew our client base and enjoyed great success. Then an offer from a Broker friend in Toronto offered me a wonderful opportunity to join him. My continued full time professional service found a great start to servicing the Toronto and GTA area along with continued service to my Chatham friends and family.

During my time in Toronto, I purchased and re-developed 2 properties into duplex/semi. Once the first two were on their way, I purchased a 3rd and 4th with renovation opportunities. My love for Victorian homes is endless. In completing renovations at my properties in Chatham, Ontario, and 4 individual Toronto properties, my knowledge of older homes and building is a big benefit in supporting my client needs.

After 38 years of full time Real Estate service. I love all aspects of this fantastic business. First time buyers or second purchasers, big homes or small homes, I love the challenge of finding you your perfect “home”.

And after years of completion of properties in Toronto, I needed to get back “Home” and there was only one place I wanted to be, back with who I started my Real Estate Career.
